GoodGiving Challenge

The GoodGiving Challenge – a partnership of Blue Grass Community Foundation and Smiley Pete Publishing – is an annual, online charitable giving campaign celebrating the diversity of nonprofits in the region and allowing people to learn and contribute to their work.  The challenge begins on Giving Tuesday - the Tuesday after Thanksgiving weekend. 

Donors can select one, two or multiple organizations and make a donation using a credit card, a Blue Grass Community Foundation Giving Card, a Blue Grass Community Foundation Donor Advised Giving Fund, Apple Pay or ACH Checking at the secure website www.BGgives.org.

Donations to nonprofits have an even greater impact during the Challenge, thanks to hundreds of thousands of dollars in challenges, match pools and grant money provided by sponsors.  Dates for the 2025 GoodGiving Challenge are Tuesday, December 2nd through Friday, December 5th.

THANKS TO ALL WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE 2024 GOODGIVING CHALLENGE!

With your help, Providence Montessori School raised a total of $70,000!  This amount included donations, qualifying matches, and challenge prizes, PLUS additional funds provided by an anonymous donor.  This very generous gift, at the conclusion of the GGC, allowed us to meet the goals for each one of our classroom / specialty area fundraising pages. 

We are so grateful for your continued support of our school and have already begun utilizing the funds raised to further enhance our students' educational experience at Providence.
